The present invention relates to a composition for stabilizing a poorly soluble polyphenol-based active ingredient and, more specifically, to a composition capable of stabilizing a poorly soluble polyphenol-based active ingredient in a formulation by comprising an amphiphilic block copolymer and powder. A cosmetic composition comprising a composition for stabilizing a poorly soluble polyphenol-based active ingredient has no irritation to a skin, and can stabilize the active ingredient in the cosmetic formulation by improving the solubility of the poorly soluble polyphenol-based active ingredient.본 발명은 폴리페놀계 난용성 유효 성분 안정화용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 양친성 블록 공중합체 및 파우더를 함유하여 폴리페놀계 난용성 유효 성분을 제형 내에 안정화시킬 수 있는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폴리페놀계 난용성 유효 성분 안정화용 조성물을 포함하는 화장료 조성물은 피부에 자극이 없으며, 폴리페놀계 난용성 유효 성분의 용해도를 향상시킴으로써 이를 화장료 제형 내에 안정화시킬 수 있다.
