The present invention relates to a new hybrid slat for a pig pen which has sufficient strength and durability while being lightweight, and appropriate for a habit of a pig. More particularly, the present invention relates to a hybrid slat having a plurality of discharge holes, which comprise: an upper plate unit having predetermined strength and thickness； a reinforcing unit having predetermined strength tightly attached to the bottom surface of the upper plate unit； and a protective layer with a plastic material formed to be fixed and attached to the whole or a part of the bottom surface of an upper plate while having the reinforcing unit embedded therein.본 발명은 경량이면서도 충분한 강도와 내구성을 가지며, 돼지의 습성에 적합한 새로운 형태의 돈사용 하이브리드형 슬라트에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 다수의 배출공을 가지는 슬라트로서, 상면을 이루는 소정 강도와 두께의 상판부； 상기 상판부의 저면에 밀착되어 있는 소정 강도의 보강부； 및 상기 보강부를 내장하면서 상기 상판의 저면 전체 또는 일부분과 고정접착되어 형성된 플라스틱 재질의 보호층；을 포함하는 하이브리드형 슬라트에 관한 것이다.
