PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long lower extremity orthosis with an actuator including an actuator unit capable of applying an appropriate walking assist force to the lower thigh according to the walking state and facilitating attachment/detachment thereof to/from the long lower extremity orthosis.SOLUTION: A long lower extremity orthosis according to the present invention controls operation of an actuator so as to output an assist force calculated on the basis of a thigh phase angle acquired from a detected hip joint angle related signal and stored assist fore control data. A lower-part connecting body for connecting a lower frame of an actuator unit to a lower thigh frame of a lower thigh-side orthosis includes: a support hole opened to a tip end face of the lower frame an engagement pin axially-reciprocatably stored in the support hole a bias spring for biasing the engagement pin toward a projection position and an engagement arm provided at the tip end of the lower frame.
