PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for anagenesis having superior biocompatibility and capable of safely and quickly regenerating a tissue.
SOLUTION: This composition for anagenesis is characterized in including chitosan and sericin. This composition has the favorable biocompatibility and superior cytoproliferation and cytodifferentiation properties so as to safely and quickly regenerate the tissue. This composition can be thus directly used for regeneration of the skin, blood vessel, nerve, bone, cartilage, esophagus, valve and other internal organs and used as, for example, a scaffold in a tissue culture.
