The absorbent body (10) is provided with: a groove-shaped compressed part (40) that is compressed both in the lengthwise direction and the width direction in an intersecting manner in a plan view； and one or more conforming parts (50) for fitting to a wearer, the conforming parts extending to intersect the compressed part (40) in a plan view. For example, the conforming parts (50) have a low-rigidity part which has lower rigidity than other regions, and are arranged at prescribed locations which are assumed to be bent when worn by the wearer.
