The present invention relates to an automatic sterilization defecation collecting device for automatically collecting a defecation sample of a user and, more specifically, to an automatic sterilization defecation collecting device capable of being installed in a toilet and automatically collecting and storing defecation. The automatic sterilization defecation collecting device comprises: a dispenser which includes a sampling kit inside and supplies the sampling kit； a sampling device which receives the sampling kit from the dispenser and collects the defecation； a controlling unit which controls an operation of the sampling device； and a storing unit which receives the sampling kit from the sampling device and stores the same. The sampling device includes: a gripper which fixes one end of the sampling kit； a robot arm which is connected to the gripper and is extended to a longitudinal direction； and an actuator unit which is positioned in the robot arm and adjusts a position of the gripper. The present invention automatically supplies the sampling kit and collects and stores the defecation sample. The present invention smoothly collects the defecation sample and stably stores the collected defecation sample. The present invention further includes a bead beating device for crushing the defecation sample collected through the sampling kit.
