The continuous analysis apparatus according to the present invention includes a sensing unit 2 including a sensor that is held in subcutaneous tissue for obtaining information with respect to an objective substance in a sample and a data holding unit 3 having a storage means for storing the information obtained from the sensor or data corresponding to the information, the sensing unit and the data holding unit having configuration so that they are separably joined to each other.
