The present disclosure discloses an adjustment mechanism for a tillage implement cooperating with draft links of a work vehicle. The adjustment mechanism facilitates alignment of the tillage implement corresponding to soil conditions. The adjustment mechanism comprises at least one bracket (14) having a pair of parallel spaced apart legs (16a, 16b). Each of the legs (16a, 16b) defines a profiled elongated slot (18), such that, the elongated slot (18) on each of the legs (16a, 16b) of each bracket (14) is in inline configuration. A connector enables functionally cooperating the bracket (14) and the draft links via the profiled elongated slot (18) and the recess of the draft link respectively. The connector and the profiled elongated slot (18) functionally cooperate to adjust alignment of the tillage implement corresponding to ground conditions.
