The present invention relates to a direction changing operation device for combines. The present invention includes a direction changing lever unit including a direction changing lever rotating round a lever hinge of a bracket and link unit for operating HST type continuously variable transmission unit which is a hydraulic activating unit as the direction changing lever is rotating round the lever hinge. Also, the present invention includes potentiometer installed on a sensor fixating body on one side of the bracket to sense the rotation of the direction changing lever and a motor connected to the output axis to operate link units by being operated by control signals of a main CPU receiving an electrical resistance value of the potentiometer, arranged at the upper frame apart from the mission. Since the number of components forming the link units and direction changer lever unit is reduced, and the operating structure is simplified, the assembling and manufacturing the present invention are easy, manufacturing costs are reduced, and operating the same for a long time is possible because the operating load of the direction changer lever is minimized.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014본 발명은 콤바인의 미션을 조작하기 위한 방향전환조작기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 브래킷의 레버힌지를 중심으로 하여 회전되는 방향전환레버를 포함하는 방향전환레버유닛이 마련되고 상기 방향전환레버가 레버힌지를 중심으로 하여 좌우로 회전됨에 따라 미션의 유압식 구동수단인 HST식 무단변속기구를 조작하기 위한 링크기구가 연결되어 있는 미션의 방향전환조작기구에 있어서, 상기 브래킷의 한쪽에 마련되는 센서고정몸체에 장착되어 방향전환레버의 회전변위를 감지하도록 연결 설치되는 포텐셔미터(potentiometer), 상기 미션과 이격된 상부의 프레임에 마련되어 포텐셔미터의 전기저항 값을 전송받은 메인CPU의 제어신호에 의해 구동되고 그 출력축에 링크기구를 동작시킬 수 있도록 연결되는 모터를 포함하여 마련된 것을 특징으로 한다.따라서 본 발명은 방향전환레버유닛 및 링크기구의 구성부품을 줄어들음은 물론 작동부분이 구조적으로 지극히 단순하게 이루어지며, 이로 인하여 제작 및 조립이 용이하고 원가절감이 이루어지며 방향전환레버의 작동부하(조작력)가 최소화되어 피로를 늦게 느끼므로 장시간동안 운전이 가능하도록 하는데 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
