The present invention relates to systems and methods for synthesizing silver nanoparticles (SNPs) using Fusarium oxysporum and formulation of these silver nanoparticle dispersed Nanogel which is to be used for topical application for wound healing and antimicrobial activity. Following invention is described in detail with the help of Figure 1 of sheet 1 which shows Figure 1 of sheet 1 shows UV-Visible Spectra of Silver-NPs synthesized from Fusarium oxysporum by optimizing physico cultural parameters, Figure 2 of sheet 2 shows TEM micrograph of silver nanoparticles synthesized by using F. oxysporum applying optimized condition, Figure 3 of sheet 3 shows formulated nano gels (Sil-gel) having different concentrations of silver nanoparticles and Figure 4 of sheet 4 shows effect of gel on excision wound model in Wistar albino rats.
