PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which exhibits a good UV protection effect, preferably, a cosmetic composition for keratin materials such as skin or the like.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising: (a) at least one lipophilic or oil-soluble organic UV filter (b) at least one hydrophilic or water-soluble organic UV filter and (c) at least one organic porous filler having an oil absorbing ability of 300 mL/100 g or more, preferably 400 mL/100 g or more, more preferably 500 mL/100 g or more.
