A pharmaceutical composition for oral administration comprising or consisting of: (i) from 10 to 30% by weight of at least one pharmaceutically active agent selected from the group consisting of water-soluble statins prone to oxidative degradation, preferably of atorvastatin, cerivastatin, fluvastatin, lovastatin, pitavastatin, pravastatin, rosuvastatin, simvastatin, or combinations thereof, (ii) from 0.01 to 3% by weight of the first agent (A1) with antioxidant activity, (iii) from 0.01 to 3% by weight of the second material (A2) with antioxidant activity, different from the first agent (A1) with antioxidant activity, (iv) from 60 to 85% by weight of at least one additive selected from the group consisting of a filler, binder, agents for flowability regulation disintegrant and an agent that prevents adhesion or kombinatsiy.2. A pharmaceutical composition according to claim. 1, characterized in that the content of at least one pharmaceutically active substance is from 11 to 25% by weight, preferably 12.5 to 20% by masse.3. A pharmaceutical composition according to Claim. 1 or 2, wherein the content of the first agent (A1) with the antioxidant is 0.01 to 2.5% by weight, preferably from 0.01 to 1% by weight or 0.01 to 0.05% by masse.4. A pharmaceutical composition according to any one of claims. 1 or 2, wherein the content of the second agent (A2) with antioxidant activity from 0.01 to 2.5% by weight, preferably from 0.01 to 1% by weight or from 0.01 to 0.05% by masse.5.
