PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pitavastatin calcium pharmaceutical composition remarkably controlling the reduction in the content of the pitavastatin calcium due to long period storage, while it is known that a pitavastatin pharmaceutical preparation causes an interaction with an additive to increase impurities, and while it is worried that the content of the pitavastatin in the preparation is lowered by the appearance of the analogous substances and the retardation of elution not to give a stable therapeutic effect, thereby solving such a problem that the stabilization of an active ingredient is required over a long period.SOLUTION: The pitavastatin calcium pharmaceutical composition includes pitavastatin calcium and a sugar alcohol, and not includes lactose.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】ピタバスタチン製剤は添加剤と相互作用を起こす事で不純物が増加することが知られており、上記類縁物質の出現や溶出遅延は、製剤中のピタバスタチンの含有量の低下を示すことから、安定した治療効果が得られなくなることが懸念される。従って、本発明は、長期保存によるピタバスタチンカルシウムの含量低下が顕著に抑制された、ピタバスタチンカルシウム薬物組成物を提供することを目的とする。長期間にわたり有効成分の安定化が求められていた。【解決手段】ピタバスタチンカルシウムと糖アルコールとを含む薬物組成物であって、乳糖を含まない、ピタバスタチンカルシウム薬物組成物を提供することで上記の課題を解決する。【選択図】なし
