PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food processor in which a processing basket with an open upper face is housed in a water tank with an open upper face, in which a driving device for rotating the processing basket is installed so that the open face is inclined in one direction, and in which deviation produced inside the processing basket is eliminated without increasing the number of pumps and in a manner that facilitating maintenance.SOLUTION: The processing basket has a part of the wall face formed with a mesh, with water made to freely flow in and out of the processing basket 12. In a side edge part that is situated low when the processing basket 12 is inclined, a chute 21 is installed and, in a side wall bottom part of the water tank 13 in a side edge part that is situated high when the processing basket 12 is inclined, there is installed a rotary water wheel 40 that directs water flow to the mesh of the processing basket 12.
