The present invention relates to a smartphone-based blood vessel imaging system that records a video of a finger, the back of a hand, or other areas of a human body with a smartphone using a phone cradle on which an infrared LED is installed, and analyzes blood flow in a blood vessel using the recorded video. The smartphone-based blood vessel imaging system comprises: a light emitting cradle having a light emitting unit consisting of an infrared light emitting diode installed on one side thereof, a phone cradle unit for seating a smartphone installed on an upper portion thereof, and an insertion hole separated from the phone cradle unit and formed on a lower portion thereof for inserting a finger or a hand； and a smartphone mounted on the phone cradle unit and provided with a camera and a display unit for recording a video of blood flowing in a blood vessel in a finger or a hand inserted into the insertion hole and displaying the video when the infrared light emitting diode illuminates. The smartphone comprises a calculation processing unit for measuring a blood flow rate from the video recorded by the camera.
