PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking tool that can perform cutting and dewatering of soybean curds simply and rapidly by any one and allows for performing processes in one lump.SOLUTION: A dewatering soybean curd cutter is formed of five main elements that includes: two rectangular vessels that have a width size capable of fittingly housing one piece of soybean curd with width broad surfaces held up and down, a depth of about double the thickness of the soybean curd and are used in combination in an up and down engaging manner, namely, a water receiving vessel 11 and a cutter vessel 5 stacked on the water receiving vessel in an engaging manner a cap 1 that covers on the soybean curd when the soybean curd set in the cutter vessel is pressed down a net cutter 4 and a dewatering net 9 having length × width corresponding to inner diameters of these vessels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡単で素早く誰でも豆腐のカットと水抜きができ、工程を短縮し一括で行える調理用具を提供する。【解決手段】豆腐一丁が幅広面を上下にしてストンと納められる幅サイズで、豆腐の厚みの約2倍の深さを有し、夫々が上下嵌合式に組み合わせて使用される二つの直方体型容器体、即ち水受け容器11及び水受け容器の上に嵌合式に積み重ねられるカッター容器5と、カッター容器の中にセットした豆腐を上から下方へ押し下げる時に、豆腐の上に被せる蓋1と、これらの容器の内径に相当する長さ×幅を有する網目カッター4及び水切り網9という五つの主要素から成る水切り兼用豆腐カッター。【選択図】図1
