The invention relates to a pressure self-cooked soybean milk machine, comprising a control unit, a crushing cutter, a motor driving the crushing cutter to rotate, and a crushing cooker, wherein the motor is electrically connected with the control unit, the crushing cutter is arranged in the crushing cooker, materials and water are mixed in the crushing cooker and crushed by the crushing cutter into a slurry/paste, simultaneously the slurry/paste is heated by the heat generated by the friction of the slurry/paste itself, the friction between the slurry/paste and the crushing cutter, and the friction between the slurry/paste and crushing cooker. The pressure self-cooked soybean milk machine further comprises a control valve for enclosing the crushing cooker to allow the slurry/paste in the crushing cooker to be cooked at a temperature of no higher than 110 DEG C and a pressure being 30-80kpa higher than the standard atmospheric pressure. According to the invention, the slurry/paste is fully emulsified at a high temperature by heat with the friction in the enclosed crushing cooker, the mouthfeel is improved, and the obtained soybean milk meets the safety standards for drinking. The invention further relates to a pressure soybean milk-making technology of the machine.
