The hermitically sealed housing comprises of an electronic module having a signal generator configured to generate electrical signals based on one or more values of one or more predefined parameters. Further, the device comprises of electrodes connected to the electronic module. The electrodes are configured to apply the electric signals for stimulating lingual nerves in the oral cavities to induce salivation.
