A sterilization system comprising a reaction vessel configured to house and sterilize an object of sterilization therein, means for supplying peracetic acid as an agent for sterilization in the reaction vessel, wherein the peroxyacid agent contains at least peracetic acid, means for reducing pressure in the reaction vessel, means for venting the reaction vessel, means for creating a plasma in a first predetermined location of the sterilization object in the reaction the container and in a second predetermined portion of the fluid channel extending from an area adjacent to the first predetermined portion to the outer portion of the container and means for controlling the pressure reducing means and plasma generating means so that the plasma is maintained in said predetermined sections in the process during which the pressure in the reaction vessel is reduced. 2. The system of claim 1, further comprising a second supply means for supplying a decomposing agent or water to accelerate the decomposition of the peracid agent into the reaction vessel after the sterilization agent is supplied thereto. 3. The system of claim 1, wherein the second predetermined portion is formed inside the reaction vessel. The system of claim 1, wherein the second predetermined portion is formed outside the reaction vessel. The system of claim 1, wherein the predetermined portion is formed inside and outside the reaction vessel.
