PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute wrinkles generated at a rearward of an absorbent article when a user wears it and prevent leakage of body fluids by improving fittability to a buttock-part groove.SOLUTION: The absorbent article includes: a pair of left/right longitudinal compressed grooves 12 extending in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, formed at the rearward thereof and multiple pairs of left/right inclined compressed grooves 14, 14,... inclined forward toward the outside in the width direction, formed at intervals apart in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, and spaced from the rearward of the longitudinal compressed grooves 12.
