PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair that is provided with a stable and satisfactory raising and lowering function and besides, is foldable.SOLUTION: The folding wheelchair 1 with the raising and lowering function comprises: paired left and right lower frames 4 equipped with wheels 2 and rotation mechanisms 3 therefor a folding mechanism 5 that fixes the area between the lower frames 4 to allow free expansion or contraction an upper frame 6 composed of a seat part 7 of a flexible material over the space between the respective upper ends 4a of the lower frames, a seat frame 8 across the internal space of which the seat part 7 is stretched, armrests 9 erected from the side edges 8a of the seat frame, a backrest frame 10 erected from the left and right back ends 8b of the seat frame 8, and a backrest 11 of a flexible material that is stretched across the space inside the backrest frame and a cylinder mechanism 12 which connects each of the lower frames 4 with the upper frame 6 thereabove to allow free expansion or contraction with each of the paired left and right lower frames 4 as a fulcrum, and with which a driving oil pressure is manually controlled.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】安定的で良好な昇降機能を備えつつ折り畳み可能である車椅子を提供する。【解決手段】車輪2とその回転機構3を備えた左右一対の下部フレーム4と、各下部フレーム4の間を伸縮自在に固定する折り畳み機構5と、各下部フレーム上端4aの間の空間を跨ぐ可撓性素材の座面部7および該座面部7を内空に張り渡した座面フレーム8、座面フレーム側端8aから立設した肘掛け部9、および座面フレーム8の左右後端8bから立設した背もたれフレーム10および背もたれフレーム内空に張り渡した可撓性素材の背もたれ部11とからなる上部フレーム6と、左右一対の各下部フレーム4を支点として各下部フレーム4とその上方の上部フレーム6との間を伸縮自在に連結し、駆動油圧を手動制御するシリンダー機構12とから昇降機能付き折り畳み式車椅子1を構成する。【選択図】図1
