PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defect hole closing material achieving low invasive treatment of causing little possibility of failures of a remote period for Atrial Septal Defect.SOLUTION: A defect hole closing material 100 is formed from two cylindrical bodies (a first cylinder part 110 and a second cylinder part 120) of a stitch-like texture of an organism absorbent material, and includes a shape of sandglass type, 8 shape type, twin spindle type or peanut type. When fixing a first end part 112, and pulling a second end part 122 as the other end part to a first end part 112 side with a string 140, a cylinder diameter is expanded, or the first cylinder part 110 and the second cylinder part 120 become close to each other centering around a nearly central part 130.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
