Formulation of medicinal aerosol suspension for administration by MDI, comprising: a) micronized formoterol fumarate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； b) micronized fluticasone propionate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； c) a subtherapeutic amount of a moisture eliminating excipient comprising sodium chromolin； and d) an HFA propellant； wherein (a), (b) and (c) and their respective relative amounts are selected such that they are associated to form flocs that have the same average density as that of the HFA propellant ± 0.2 g / cm3.Formulación de suspensión medicinal en aerosol para administración por MDI, que comprende: a) fumarato de formoterol micronizado o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo； b) propionato de fluticasona micronizado o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo； c) una cantidad subterapéutica de un excipiente eliminador de humedad que comprende cromolín sódico； y d) un propelente de HFA； en la que (a), (b) y (c) y sus respectivas cantidades relativas se seleccionan de tal manera que se asocian para formar flóculos que tienen la misma densidad promedio que la del propelente de HFA ± 0,2 g/cm3.
