PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable smooth removal of a foreign matter.SOLUTION: A foreign matter removal device includes a video laryngoscope 2 and forceps 3 for foreign matter removal. The video laryngoscope 2 has a curved blade 21, a camera provided at a tip part of the blade 21, and a display 23 provided at a base end part of the bade 21 to display an image photographed by the camera 22, and is provided with a groove-shaped tube guide 21a for guiding a tracheal tube to a tip part side of the blade 21 along the curvature of the blade 21 on a lateral face of the blade 21.
