Then, a centrifugation is performed at a first effective rotation speed to divide the whole blood into a red blood cell layer located below the separating gel, a buffy coat layer located above the separating gel, and a plasma layer located above the buffy coat layer. The buffy coat layer and the plasma layer are then mixed to obtain a platelet-rich plasma.
