PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical trash which can safely be abandoned soon after sharp medical wastes such as injection syringes and ampules are used and excellently portable so as to prevent medical accidents such as accidents of pricking with needles of an injection syringe or the like occurring on medical sites.SOLUTION: In a resin container having an elastic shape, a bellows shape part can be expanded and contracted by using thermoplastic resin excellent in rigidity such as modulus of elasticity, and using the trash can whose side face is in a specific bellows shape.
