To provide a pre-filled syringe which is easy to operate in a medical field, has low manufacturing cost and sufficiently suppresses photodegradation of medicine.
SOLUTION: A covered pre-filled syringe has: a pre-filled syringe sealed with medical solution to which photodegradation can occur and a light shielding cover in a removable bag shape which covers a medical seal part of the pre-filled syringe and does not cover a plunger of the pre-filled syringe and the flange part.
