SOLUTION: A first colored part 14 and a second colored part 15 in which different colors and patterns are formed are disposed ON the surface of a base material 12. A light entering part 20 including a first light entering part 21 corresponding to the first colored part 14 and a second light entering part 22 corresponding to the second colored part 15 is disposed in a light guiding layer 13 covering the first colored part 14 and the second colored part 15. The first colored part 14 as seen through the first light entering part 21 has different color phases and patterns than the second colored part 15 as seen through the second light entering part 22, and the surface shape 211 of the first light entering part 21 is different from the surface shape 221 of the second light entering part 22. As a result and the variations in the colored parts are clarified.
