Disclosed is a mobile first-aid system having a virtual reality function. The system comprises an emergency ambulance (100), a remote monitoring centre platform (200) and a communication network (300). The emergency ambulance (100) comprises a cab (1) and a medical compartment (2), a micro-processor (10) provided inside the cab (1), and an annular video playing area (4) arranged inside the medical compartment (2). The annular video playing area (4) comprises an annular frame (40) and an annular projection screen (41). A top portion of the medical compartment (2) is provided with a first hanging rod (21) and a second hanging rod (22), a tail end of the first hanging rod (21) being fixedly provided with a camera (6), and a tail end of the second hanging rod (22) being fixedly provided with a projector unit (7), wherein the camera (6) is used for collecting live videos of first-aid situations and clinical symptoms of a patient on a first-aid scene, and the top portion of the medical compartment (2) is provided with a signal transceiver (8). The projector unit (7) comprises a stereoscopic video composition device (71), a video equalizing device (72) and multiple projectors (73), and the projector unit (7) is used for projecting video images for first-aid instructions onto the annular projection screen (41) so as to instruct medical staffs on the first-aid scene to give first aid to the patient. The emergency ambulance can form virtual-reality remote first-aid instructions for cooperation between a first-aid scene and a remote monitoring centre platform (200).L'invention concerne un système mobile de premiers secours ayant une fonction de réalité virtuelle.
