The present invention relates to a composition capable of promoting storage stability of stem cells and, more specifically, to a composition for promoting storage stability of stem cells, containing serum. The composition for promoting storage stability of stem cells according to the present invention can maintain the survival rate of over 90% for at least six days without changes in the properties, the number and a size of the stem cells, and thus is useful in long-term transport of stem cells for cell therapy and the preparation of cell therapeutic injection products having an excellent effect.본 발명은 줄기세포의 보관 안정성을 증진시킬 수 있는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 혈청을 함유하는 줄기세포의 보관 안정성 증진용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 줄기세포의 보관 안정성 증진용 조성물은, 줄기세포의 성상, 세포수 및 크기의 변화 없이 90% 이상의 생존율을 6일 이상 유지할 수 있으므로, 세포치료용 줄기세포의 장기간 운송 및 효과가 우수한 세포치료제 주사제품의 제조에도 유용하다.
