PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily wind a line body in the shape of a figure 8 without using a winding implement of special form.SOLUTION: First and second protrusions 10, 12 facing with a space in a longitudinal direction are provided on a straight line 8 substantially parallel with a center axis 14 on the outer surface of a winding body 2, and the winding body 2 is rotated in a predetermined direction around the center axis by a motor 6. A guide 24 for delivering a fishing line 22 wound around the outer periphery of the winding body 2 is reciprocated between the first and second protrusions 10, 12 by a conveyor 26.
