The mechanism according to the present invention includes at least a power source, a reduction gear group, and a reciprocating mechanism, and the reciprocating mechanism includes a central drive shaft that receives the drive of the reduction gear group and the central drive. It has a reciprocating sleeve that fits on the shaft, an elastic shaft, and an outer cylinder, and the elastic shaft is provided at the upper end of the reciprocating sleeve, and the outer cylinder is outside the reciprocating sleeve and the elastic shaft. It is fitted and an elastic component is provided between the outer cylinder and the elastic shaft, and the elastic component stores energy that displaces the reciprocating sleeve upward and pushes the reciprocating sleeve downward to return the position.
