PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug imaging device which is capable of reducing users time for operation to measure the shape of a drug as well as a drug shape measuring device and a drug dispensing device provided with the drug imaging device.SOLUTION: A drug imaging device 7 is provided with a drug holding unit 81, an illumination unit 82, an imaging unit 83, a chassis 71, and a rotary support part. The drug holding unit 81, the illumination unit 82, and the imaging unit 83 are housed within the chassis, which has light blocking properties.
