To provide an ophthalmologic imaging apparatus which facilitates grasping a structure of an anterior chamber angle more satisfactorily.SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic imaging apparatus includes an irradiation optical system 40, a light receiving optical system 60, and an index projection optical system 70. The irradiation optical system 40 irradiates an anterior chamber angle region of an eye E with illumination light. The light receiving optical system 60 has an imaging element 61 as a light receiving element for receiving return light of the illumination light from the anterior chamber angle region. A two-dimensional image of an anterior chamber angle is captured based on a signal from the imaging element 61.
