The present invention relates to a composition for inducing differentiation of neural stem cells into dopaminergic neurons comprising a compound (AS703026) represented by chemical formula 1 as an inhibitor of MEK1/2, and a differentiation method using the same. According to the present invention, dopaminergic neurons differentiated from neural stem cells are used in cell substitution therapy and gene therapy to treat neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson disease or the like or can be widely used as a material for drug effect tests or various researches in new medicine development.본 발명은 MEK1/2 저해제인 [화학식 1]로 표시되는 화합물('AS703026'라고도 한다.)을 포함하는 신경세포로부터 도파민 신경세포로의 분화유도용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 분화방법에 관한 것으로, 이를 통해 신경줄기세포로부터 분화된 도파민 신경세포는 파킨슨병 등의 신경퇴행성 질환 등을 치료하기 위한 세포 대체 요법과 유전자 치료 요법에 이용되거나 신약개발에 있어 약물효과 검정 또는 각종 연구를 위한 재료로 폭 넓게 이용될 수 있다.
