The present invention relates to a medical splint, in which a relatively thick cushion part is formed outside the opposite ends of a support frame, and the pressing force due to the fastening of a fixing strip by a dispersion film is dispersed to improve fixing ability, wearing comfort and ease of use. The medical splint of the present invention comprises: a support frame supporting an affected part； a plate-like fiber pad padded over the entire inner surface of the support frame； a pair of cushion parts extending from both ends of the plate-like fiber pad and having a rod shape made of a cushion material having the cross section relatively thicker than the plate-like fiber； and a plurality of fixing strips which fix the support frame at intervals with respect to the affected part.본 발명은 지지 프레임의 양단 외측으로 상대적으로 두꺼운 쿠션부를 형성하되, 분산 필름에 의해 고정 스트립의 체결로 인한 압박력을 쿠션부 전체로 분산시킴으로써 고정 능력, 착용감 및 사용상의 편의성을 모두 향상시킨 의료용 부목에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 의료용 부목은 환부를 지지하는 지지 프레임； 상기 지지 프레임의 내면 전체에 걸쳐 덧대진 판형 섬유 패드； 상기 판형 섬유 패드의 양단에서 연장되고 단면이 판형 섬유보다 상대적으로 두꺼운 쿠션 재질의 봉 형상으로 이루어진 한 쌍의 쿠션부 및 상기 지지 프레임을 환부에 대해 간격을 두고 고정하는 복수의 고정 스트립을 포함하여 이루어진다.
