The present invention provides a pharmacological compound comprising an effector moiety conjugated to a binding moiety that directs the effector moiety to a biological target of interest. The present invention also provides compositions, kits, and methods (eg, therapeutic, diagnostic, and imaging) comprising such compounds. Such compounds may be described as proteins that interact with binding moiety-drug conjugates (SDC-TRAP) compounds, which include proteins that interact with binding moieties and effector moieties.
