The present invention relates to a binder for horticultural use, which is to be used to tie a stem and a branch to a prop or a guiding string such that a garden or agricultural product can be properly grown. The binder for horticultural use of the present invention includes a handle frame, a tape guide, a taper, an arm, a head, and a link. The taper includes: a taper frame attached to a cover, a holder groove being disposed at one side thereof； a binding heating cable unit in which a binding heating cable is disposed so as to receive an electric current from a power supply unit； and a holder to or from which the binding heating cable unit is attached or detached, the holder being inserted into the holder groove.
