The invention relates to a Prussian Blue based nanoparticle comprising a Prussian Blue based metal core doped with one or more metal isotope and an organic biocompatible coating. The invention relates furthermore to a process for the preparation of said nanoparticle, and the use thereof as imaging contrast material or in the therapy.˙Linvention porte sur une nanoparticule à base de bleu de Prusse comprenant un noyau métallique à base de bleu de Prusse dopé par un ou plusieurs isotopes métalliques et un revêtement organique biocompatible.
