The present invention provides a denture fixing attachment comprising: a rod-shaped joint member (5), a denture (4) being fixed to the upper end of the joint member (5)； and an abutment (6) having a coupling portion provided on the lower portion of the outside thereof, the coupling portion being coupled to a fixture groove formed on a fixture (3), and having a receiving portion on the upper portion thereof, the lower portion of the joint member (5) being received in the receiving portion, wherein the receiving portion of the abutment (6) comprises a receiving groove (7), into which the lower end (11) of the joint member (5) is inserted, and a protruding step (10) having a guide groove (9) provided on the inside of the upper portion of the receiving groove (7) such that a protrusion (8), which protrudes from the lower end (11) of the joint member (5) outwards, is fitted and simultaneously guided.
