According to the present invention, the customized abutment comprises: a fixture insertion part inserted into the fixture； a dental prosthesis coupling part exposed to the upper part of the fixture, having a groove formed on the outer circumferential surface in the circumferential direction, and inserted into the dental prosthesis to install the dental prosthesis； and an elastic ring inserted into the groove to protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the dental prosthesis coupling part, thereby pressing the dental prosthesis to prevent the dental prosthesis from escaping the dental prosthesis coupling part. Moreover, the abutment is penetrated from an upper end to a lower end to be coupled to the fixture by a screw. Moreover, the abutment includes the groove and the cut dental prosthesis coupling part and the elastic ring is inserted into the groove, such that the abutment is elastically contracted when being inserted into the dental prosthesis to press the dental prosthesis, thereby preventing the dental prosthesis from escaping the abutment.
