PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and easily applicable metal rust prevention and resin degradation prevention material that has an excellent corrosion prevention effect and an excellent degradation prevention effect even if it contacts planting base soil and/or surface soil protection soil and to provide its processing method.
