A facial facial treatment delivery system with a skin care benefit agent and an iontophoretic micro current zone is provided to treat the different concerns of an individual user by delivering a skin care treatment agent to a plurality of targeting sites of the skin. The system comprises a sheet substrate with a skin care agent and a dual phase cream that generates microcurrent when activated. The first phase contains a reducing agent and the second phase contains an oxidizing agent. When the two phases are combined, the cream is activated to produce microcurrents. The cream is applied to the skin along with the sheet substrate.
