PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which can enhance heat dissipation efficiency by attaining high thermal conductivity, while down-sizing.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 20 has an imaging unit 40 including a plurality of electronic components 24 mounted on a circuit board 23 while including a heating element, and a graphite sheet part 25 for conducting the heat generated from the plurality of electronic components 24 to a heat dissipator. The graphite sheet part 25 of the imaging unit 40 is composed by superposing a plurality of graphite sheet 25a, and provided so that the end face 25X of the graphite sheet part 25 orthogonal to the sheet surface 5A faces the plurality of electronic components 24.
