The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and in particular discloses an electronic laryngoscope system with infrared ray thermo-scanning function, comprising a rigid electronic laryngoscope, a cold light source host, a camera host and an endoscopic monitor which are connected to the rigid electronic laryngoscope. Based on the traditional rigid electronic laryngoscope, the electronic laryngoscope system clearly displays the static image of three-dimensional blood vessel in the throat by introducing the infrared ray thermo-scanning technique and linearly and annularly moving the infrared ray thermo-scanning probe, thereby providing the reliable objective evidence to the doctor for judging the laryngeal diseases and the function state. Further, the infrared ray thermo-scanning processing system of this invention provides a plurality of operation modes including a common display mode and a night-vision display mode. The doctor can make an accurate diagnose by analyzing and comparing diagnostic images of the different display modes.
