A colonoscope system with an infrared thermal scanning function includes a colonoscope (1), a cold light source host (3), a camera host (4) and an endoscopic monitor (8) which are connected with the colonoscope. The colonoscope (1) is further provided with an infrared thermal scanning system, which includes an infrared thermal scanning probe (2), an infrared thermal scanning processing system host (5) and an infrared thermal scanning system monitor (7). The infrared thermal scanning system provides several working modes including a normal display mode and a night vision display mode. The colonoscope system utilizes the infrared thermal scanning probe (2) to move linearly and annularly, which provides a clear static three-dimensional image of blood vessel in the colonic wall.Linvention concerne un système de coloscopie à fonction de balayage thermique infrarouge, qui comprend un coloscope (1) auquel sont reliés une source de lumière froide hôte (3), une caméra hôte (4) et un moniteur endoscopique (8). Le coloscope est équipé dun système de balayage thermique infrarouge comprenant une sonde de balayage thermique infrarouge (2), un système hôte de traitement par balayage thermique infrarouge (5) et un moniteur de système de balayage thermique infrarouge (7). Le système de traitement par balayage thermique infrarouge offre plusieurs modes de fonctionnement, dont un mode daffichage normal et un mode daffichage en vision nocturne. Le système de coloscopie utilise la sonde de balayage thermique infrarouge (2) pour se déplacer de façon linéaire ou circulaire, et crée de ce fait un fond dimage tridimensionnel clair des vaisseaux sanguins de la paroi du côlon.
