PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure that can connect a wire having high durability for endoscope operation to a connection member without using soldering, and to provide a connection structure body.SOLUTION: One end of the wire for endoscope operation is inserted through a through-hole formed from a front end to a rear end in a longitudinal direction of the connection member. Part of the rear end is plastically deformed to fix the one end of the wire inserted through the through-hole to the connection member.
