PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a stable useful protein composition including a useful protein, a solvent, and a compound having a thiol structure.SOLUTION: Using an industrially available method, dissolved oxygen is removed from the useful protein composition including a useful protein, a solvent, and a compound having a thiol structure, or dissolved oxygen is controlled at low concentration. The industrially available method includes a method of bringing the composition into contact with a suffocating gas by its bubbling and the like, and a method of decompressing and deaerating the composition.
