The present invention relates to the use of a novel aminopyridine derivative for the prevention or treatment of cancer, and more specifically to an anticancer composition comprising the compound of Formula 1 or a derivative thereof as an active ingredient. The compound of the present invention inhibits the activity of AIMP2-DX2, which is a new anticancer drug target, and effectively induces the death of cancer cells, and is effective in the prevention and treatment of cancer. Therefore, the compounds of the present invention can be used for the purpose of preventing and treating cancer diseases.本発明は、新規のアミノピリジン誘導体の癌の予防又は治療用途に関するものであり、より具体的には前記化学式１の化合物又はこれの誘導体を有効成分として含む抗癌用組成物に関するものである。本発明の化合物は新たな抗癌剤ターゲットであるAIMP2-DX2の活性を阻害し、癌細胞の死滅を効果的に誘導して、癌の予防及び治療に効果を奏する。従って、本発明の化合物は、癌疾患の予防及び治療の目的で使用することができる。
