PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor element which sufficiently fixes a mediator participating in electron transfer between an enzyme and a working electrode onto the working electrode and is hardly diffused in a sensor, and a measuring device comprising the sensor element.SOLUTION: A sensor element comprises: a base section (substrate) a working electrode provided on the base section a detection layer provided on the working electrode and a counter electrode where electrons move between the counter electrode and the working electrode.
